Congress: Impeach Trump Now While You Still Can
Fears of reprisal from the Executive and MAGA are valid, but standing idly by will have far worse consequences
The Nazi-styled writing is on the wall: Trump 2.0 will result in a Unitary Executive power structure centered around a central figure who passes laws, enforces laws, and punishes dissenters.
Over the last week, VP Vance told Germany to support “free speech”, but only the kind that allows people to show their love for the Nazi-loving AfD, Trump victim-blamed Ukrainian President Zelenskyy for Russia’s terrorist aggression and then went on to call Zelenskyy a “dictator”, a new Executive Order declared only the President and the Attorney General can say what the law is, and Trump said on social media “He who saves his Country does not violate any Law.”
This is on top of the rampant and reckless firing of numerous federal workers, from Inspectors General to FAA employees. This surgical sledgehammer method is not only meant to reduce the size of the federal workforce but to devastate it to such an extent that future administrations cannot resume it.
